I’m creative results-driven with over a decade of experience in marketing and five years of experience working on product teams. Deeply understanding customers, communicating value, and providing meaningful outcomes is how I like to make my mark.
My career hasn’t been a straight and narrow path. It’s been an exploration.
It began at Skyword, where I managed online communities, partnered with content creators, and worked with brands to develop engagement programs on the company’s then-social media platform, Gather. I went on to grow my experience in content marketing, email, social media, SEO, advertising, and the web.
But I reached a point where I wanted to have a closer hand in influencing a company’s product, so I transitioned to a career in user experience design. In my new role, I learned how to make great products and became a better problem solver and collaborator.
Eventually, my roots called me back. I found a happy medium between my marketing and product backgrounds: product marketing, of course.
Today, I work for Bazaarvoice, where I help brands and retailers activate everyday shoppers and influencers to create user-generated content. While my career path hasn’t been straight and narrow, it has in a way come full circle!
