Bazaarvoice Deals

Trial more products, ship fewer samples

I led the GTM process for Bazaarvoice’s new offering Bazaarvoice Deals, a sampling solution that helps brands and retailers generate user-generated content for their hard-to-ship products. 

This solution replaced Bazaarvoice’s CashBack, another no-ship offering that led to poor user experience for shoppers and slowed campaign timelines for clients.

 

Responsibilities

As the initiative leader for Deals, I led weekly standups with a cross-functional team and developed and managed the GTM strategy. 

Ahead of the launch, I managed a pilot program with several household brands, which helped generate early program KPIs and informed the future roadmap.

In collaboration with our field marketing team, I worked on an integrated campaign for Deals. As part of this project, I developed all of the content for the webinar “The deal with Bazaarvoice Deals” and was the lead presenter of the session. [Link to deck]

The webinar had a 48% attendance rate (above average) .

  • Sales enablement for Deals: levels 100 (intro) and 200 (advanced)

    • Led a live training session for North America, EMEA, and APAC sellers

    • Developed Mindtickle trainings in collaboration with the Enablement team

  • Confluence Deals FAQ page

    • This includes frequently asked questions, a capabilities grid, and links to resources

    • Within the first six months the page had 320+ unique viewers and 2,600+ page views

  • Announcements on email and Slack channels
